Legislation
As a mayoral commission The CFAE cannot take official stances on legislation before the DC Council. Instead, this commission provides recommendations and advises the local government on initiatives that support the cultivation and growth of the fashion and beauty industry in Washington DC. The CFAE partners with mayoral commissions, boards, and agencies to enact impactful initiatives, funding, and programming.
